Frances “Cricket” R. Smith, 94, died December 21, 2016 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Smith was born on July 17, 1922 in Manila, West Virginia and moved to Fort Pierce in 1980 coming from Hamburg, New York.
Cricket enjoyed golf, being most proud of her several hole in ones, swimming, shuffle board, and bocce ball. She was a wonderful mother. She went through life going 100 mph.
Survivors include her daughters, Jennie Tedder and Frances Boling and son, Frank L. Fulknier all of Fort Pierce, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas J. Smith.

Services: Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
