Frank Oliver Kaarto, 87, died May 3, 2003, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Kaarto was a native of Mass City, Michigan, was a resident of Fort Pierce since 2000 coming from Mass City, Michigan.
Prior to retirement, he was in insurance sales.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years Elma Kaarto of Fort Pierce; daughter Marlene Hiltunen of Hixson, TN; son John D. Kaarto of Kaleva, MI; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
