Fred C. Stoll, 91, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away October 22, 2018 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Fred was born on October 20, 1927 to Adam and Marie Stoll in New York, New York. He has been a res-ident of Port Saint Lucie, Florida for 27 years.
Fred was in the United States Army, serving proudly during WWII. He graduated from Lehigh Universi-ty in 1949 with his BSCE. He started Humphrey’s and Harding Inc Construction Engineers in 1951. In 1963 he became President of the company and in 1985 became Chairman of the Board. Some of the projects he worked on were PanAm Terminal, Dulles Airport, Banco Santander Office Building in New York City, and New York Presbyterian North Hospital. He served on the Boards of the Callaway Place Association and PGA Village Master Architectural Review Committee.
Survivors include wife of 43 years, Judith Stoll of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; daughter, Margot Bartell of Westfield, New Jersey; grandchildren, Thomas (Allison) Sabol, and Christopher Bartell; great-grandchildren, Cole and Gibson Sabol; cousins, Fred “Billy” W. Stoll of Woolwich, New Jersey and Lillian Kipp, Annapolis MD. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Adam and Marie Stoll.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on October 27, 2018 at 10AM at St. Bernadette Catholic Church 350 NW California Blvd Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986. Services will be conducted at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Somers, New York at a later date.
