Mrs. Parks was born in Harford County, Maryland and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1980 coming from Level, Maryland.She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, loved animals, and wrote poetry.Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Ernest V. Parks of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Jennifer Louise Parks of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Ernest V. Parks, Jr. of Elkton, MD; sisters, Lois James and Caroline Schultz both of Aberdeen, MD; brothers, Charles E. Mahan, Jr. and Jerry Mahan both of Aberdeen, MD.
