Genevieve Trefelner Smith

Genevieve “Honey” Trefelner Smith, 82, died January 22, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Smith was born in Elbon, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1955 coming from Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church and loved to travel.
Survivors include her sons, Tim and Dennis Trefelner both of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister, Peg Singer of Natrona Heights, PA and brother, Joseph Rigatti of Natrona Heights, PA; 9 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Regis D. Trefelner and second husband, William Smith, daughter, Cindy Lou Trefelner and son, R. Dale Trefelner.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 9900 Ninth Street, North, St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 5-8 PM with a Wake Service at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at Haisley Reception Center.
