George A. Johnson, of Ft Pierce, 85, died on Sept. 9, 2013 at home. He had his family with him and passed peacefully. He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. & Lily Johnson and his beloved wife Lucy. He is survived by George T. Johnson & wife Faith, David Johnson & wife Michelle, Beverly Jones & husband Thom, Victoria Dykes & husband Al, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a sister Greta Rainey, and brothers William, Robert, and Andrew Johnson.
He was born in Long Branch, NJ and moved to Ft Pierce in 1975. He was a commercial fisherman & was a member of St Andrews church. He enjoyed tennis & golf.
