George Nicholas Metcalfe

George Nicholas Metcalfe, 43, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away on September 5, 2018 at his home. God decided his work was done and called him home.
George was an exceptionally loving man, especially when it came to his daughter Courtney, whom he considered his greatest achievement. No parents could ask for a better son, who always made them happy and proud.
He will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends, who loved him for his warmth, his hugs, his willingness to help others, his advice and counsel, and the love he showed to all of them.
George was a highly respected banking executive. He was a fourth-generation Master Mason, and a proud member of Ft. Pierce Lodge #87, F&AM.
George loved the mountains, especially in Colorado. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed golf, hiking, and was an outstanding chef.
Survivors include: daughter, Courtney Metcalfe; parents, George and Phyllis Metcalfe; sister Michelle Kamaji; nieces Ashleigh Cruz and Stephanie Smith-Metcalfe; and more family and friends than we can count.
