Glen A. Richardson

Glen A. Richardson,78, of Ft. Pierce passed away early January 13, 2014. He was born in McDowell County, West Virginia. He lived in Maryland and New Jersey before finally calling Florida home in 1974. In New Jersey, he owned and operated “Glen’s Snack Bar” in Forked River.

He was Appliance Manager at Lowes in Ft. Pierce before retiring in 1997.
Glen was an avid fisherman and loved sharing his knowledge of the Indian River with all who came to visit. He attended Indian River Presbyterian Church.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Richardson and his father Woodrow Richardson.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Eileen Richardson, his son Brian Richardson of Orlando, and his daughter and son-in-law Karen and Bill Stitely of Woodsboro, MD. He was much beloved by his two grandsons, Noah and Alec. He also leaves behind 2 sisters, numerous cousins, and 8 nieces and nephews.
