Mrs. McKerlie was born in The Bronx, New York and moved to Ft Pierce 1996 coming from Far Rockaway, LI, NY.
She retired from Roy Reuther Senior Citizen Housing in Far Rockaway, Long Island, New York. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith. She enjoyed her garden, loved to knit and sew, and her family was her passion.
Survivors include her children, Helen-Marie & Robert Natt of Easton, CT and Patricia Channon of Port St Lucie, FL, John & Kathy McKerlie, Jr. of Bethpage, NY; sister, Helene Rutledge; brother, Thomas Fox; 6 grandchildren and5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John McKerlie.

Services: A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Martin of Tours in Bethpage, NY with burial to follow at Old Calvary Cemetery in Long Island City, NY through Arthur F. White Funeral Home 516-249-0336. Local arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
