She is survived by her brothers, Frank Mencik (Elisa) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Michael Mencik (Lois) of Ft. Myers, FL and Richard Mencik (Leigh) of Albuquerque, NM. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edmond Kaziukaitis and nephew, Edmond Bieksha.
