Mrs. Voelker was born in Chicago, Illinois and resided in Vero Beach, Florida.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy (Ross) Crittenden of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Craig (Gayle) Voelker of Geneva, IL; grandchildren, Shannon (Joe) Pohl, Billy (Amber) Crittenden and Robert (Kimberly) Voelker; great-grandchildren, Peyton Pohl, William Crittenden and Aiden Voelker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Voelker.
An inurnment will be held at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida at a later date.
