Goldie G. White passed away quietly in her home on Tuesday, November 24, 2014.
She was the loving wife of Barrie L. White, Sr. with whom she shared 58 years of marriage and three children: Deborah Regener, wife of John, of Parkesburg, PA; Barrie L. White, Jr., husband of Michelle, of Shinglehouse, PA and Kathleen Boyd, wife of Harry, of Shinglehouse, PA.. She was Grandmom to three girls, Jacqui Regener, Crystal Hunt and Racheal White and Great Grandmom to two girls, Shelby Hunt and Jocelyn King. Goldie was born in Coatesville, PA on November 29, 1939 and was preceded in death by her father, Martin Godra and mother, Elizabeth Rosza.
She is survived by a brother, Martin W. Godra of Wellsboro, PA and a sister, Joyce Morrison of Brookhaven PA as well as many nieces and nephews. Goldie and Barrie have resided in Ocean Village on South Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce FL for the past eleven years. They had the pleasure of living and traveling aboard a 43 foot Albin Trawler for nine years prior to moving to Florida. Goldie spent 54 years in Chester County PA.
