Gregg William Maughan, 77, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, peacefully passed away Friday December 1, 2023. Gregg was born November 4, 1946, in Tacoma Washington to George and Norma (King) Maughan. After graduating high school, he served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He later became a respiratory technician who proudly provided care to fellow veterans at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon and later in Gainesville, Florida.

Gregg had an infectious sense of humor and a heart as big as himself. He was known for many things including his obsession with Harley Davidson motorcycles and American Traditional tattoos, his meticulous care and attention to his hair and beard, his genuine enjoyment of fishing, bowling, pool, and all things Seahawks football, but most of all his overwhelming love and pride for his family.

Gregg is survived by his wife, Judi, two daughters Leah (Shane) Karvonen and Kelly (Matt) Mattison, five grandchildren (Emily, AJ, Paige, Benjamin, and Noah) two great grandchildren (Olivia and Corey) his brother George Maughan, sister Norma Jean, three nieces, and multiple great nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Community Care with a note for PSL St. Andrew Day Center in honor of Gregg Maughan 295 NW Prima Vista Blvd. Port St. Lucie, FL 34983
