Mr. Nicholls was born in New York City, New York and moved to Florida over 30 years ago from NY.
He worked for the Federal Reserve, banker with the U.S. Trust Company, Developer of Pine Estates, and was President of the Pine Estates Homeowner’s Association.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Faith M. Nicholls of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Guy W. Nicholls, Jr. of New York City, NY; daughters, Suzanne N. Thorndike of New York City, NY and Greenwich, CT, and Elizabeth N. Brower of Blount Springs, AL; stepson, Brian W. Pratt of Winter Springs, FL; stepdaughter, Kristin E. Pacheco of Downingtown, PA; 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Suzanne S. Nicholls, grandson, John Rutherfurd Thorndike, and twin sister, Margaret Mary Nicholls.
