Harold Boggess, 90, died June 5, 2017 in Jensen Beach, Florida.
Mr. Boggess was born in Beckley, West Virginia and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1994 coming from Washington, DC.
He was a Veteran of the US Army serving in WWII. He worked for Evening Star Newspaper in DC then worked for the Washington Post. When he retired he moved to Florida. He was also a coin collector.
Survivors include his daughter, Patricia Wangberg; grandchildren, Dawn (Tim) Savoie and Karan (Erik) Pickrell; great-grandchildren, Ryliegh Burgess, Thomas Edward Flinck and Ethan Lee Flinck all of Port St. Lucie, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, son, Wayne and son-in-law, Scott Wangberg.

Services: A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 11:15 AM at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
