Harold Wayne Lacy

It is with immense sadness that the family of Harold Wayne Lacy announces his passing on Monday, May 28, 2018, at the age of 67 years.

Harold was the Director of Facilities at HCA Medical Center from 1984 to 2008. He took great pride in his successful career, as he did with raising his two beautiful daughters. He enjoyed helping family and friends with household projects. There was never a task that Harold didn’t know how to do or a person that he wasn’t willing to help. He had the eye and skill to build anything as a master carpenter. He loved being outdoors and his growing gardens were admired by many. In his earlier days, he could be found with a guitar in hand while belting out Motown hits. He loved playing, singing and listening to music. His love for music and fun were infectious to anyone in his presence.

Harold will be forever remembered by his daughters, Heather Lacy and Sheila Williams; as well as his sisters, Robin Greenwood and Bridget Cox. He will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Aidan Lacy, Hannah Gitler and Gianna D’Agostino. Harold was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Welch; father Robert Lacy; brothers, Melvin Lacy and Lloyd Lacy, and his sister Linda Keel.

A gathering will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 4PM - 6PM with a memorial service to start at 6PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984.
