Harold Retherford

Harold L. Retherford, 66, died March 17, 2005, surrounded by his family at his home after a battle with cancer.Harold was born in Cushing, Oklahoma, and was a resident of this area for 33 years. He served in the US Marine Corps. After moving to Fort Pierce in 1972, he was instrumental in the forming of W orId of Plastics and eventually formed his own companies, Uni-Mac Plastics, Gulf Bay Sales, Southern Living Patio and Redi-Go Auto Sales. He was an avid fisherman and loved boating.
Survivors include his wife of28 years, Michele J. Retherford; sons: Randy R. Retherford, Daniel Paul Retherford and his wife, Melissa L. Retherford and Jason H. Retherford and his wife Angie Retherford; daughters: Kelly R. Green and her husband Danny Green and Karole Sue Retherford, all of Fort Pierce; mother, Pat Bunney; brothers: Darrell Retherford, Bob Bunney and David Bunney from Okalahoma; sister, Deborah Hembree of Texas; nine grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Bunney and brother Danny Bunney.
