Harry Nemeroff
Harry Nemeroff, 91, died January 27, 2015 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Nemeroff was born November 13, 1923 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated in 1941 from Overbrook High School in Philadelphia. He moved to Fort Pierce in 1985.
Prior to retirement in 1985, he worked for Billy Penn Corporation, a manufacturing company in Philadelphia.
He was a Veteran (Infantryman and Radio Operator) of the U.S. Army with the rank of Private First Class earning an Honorable Discharge on November 12, 1945. His military training was in Ft. Benning, Georgia and his tour of duty was the Asiatic Pacific Theater, specifically India-Burma, now known as Myanmar. He was awarded a Bronze Star Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theater Medal, Victory Metal, American Theater Metal and Distinguished Unit Badge (member of Merrill's Marauders).
He volunteered at the Humane Society and Operation Town Watch.
Survivors include his sons Rian J. (Leilani S.) Nemeroff and Steven A. Nemeroff and one granddaughter, Tabitha H. Nemeroff. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma R. Nemeroff, second wife, Sylvia M. Nemeroff and son, Greg S. Nemeroff.

Services: A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. There will also be a service held in the Spring at Haym Salomon Memorial Park, Exton, Pennsylvania.
