Harry Penn Snodgrass, 84, died May 18, 2010 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Harry was born in Towanda, Illinois, and was a resident of Granite Falls, North Carolina, since 2006, coming from Fort Pierce, FL.
Harry was a carpenter in the construction industry, was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII and a member of Baton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Snodgrass of Granite Falls, NC; stepsons: Gary Tarr of Fort Pierce, FL and Rick Tarr of Hudson, NC; stepdaughter, Kathleen Onus of Stuart, FL; sisters, Gerry Craddock of Elgin, IL and Bernadine Aucutt of Lake Wales, FL; 4 grandchildren; nephews, Darrell Crum and Dwayne Crum both of Fort Pierce, FL; nieces, Jane Ryan, Penny Scott and Cindy Muhr all of Illinois.
Memorial contributions may be made in Harry’s memory to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida 34997.
There will be a Memorial Service at Lakewood Park United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
