Harry Joseph “Pop Pop” Rowan, 98, passed away on December 13, 2022 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Rowan was born on May 5, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Harry held numerous jobs throughout the years, including The Philadelphia Shipyard during the war and the latest being the hotel manager for Motel 6.
He enjoyed traveling, fishing, riding his bike, and most of all golfing, where he accomplished three holes in one.
Survivors include his daughter, Susan (James) Lotz of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Shelli, Jeff, Heather, and Amber all of PA; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Austin, Devon, and Jadyn of PA; great-great-grandchildren, Charlie, and Frankie of PA; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Vera, daughter, Jean Derr and son-in-law, James Derr, three sisters, and one brother.
