Hartford F. “Rusty” Granitz, 95, passed away April 3, 2023 in Fort Pierce, FL.

Rusty was born to Frank and Wilma Granitz in Ambridge, PA in 1927. He moved to Fort Pierce in 1968 coming from Georgia.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy and he retired from the St. Lucie County School System as an administrator.

Survivors include his daughters, Andra (Dan) Dill, of Fort Pierce, FL and Toyia Halle, of Port St. Lucie, FL; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Nel Granitz.
