Ms. Bakker was born in Cairo, Illinois and lived in Fort Pierce for the last 50 years.
She retired form Tropicana after 25 years of dedicated service.
Survivors include her brothers, Ronald Foss of Ft. Pierce, FL and Norman Foss of Dongola, IL; sisters, Carolene Gier of Florida, Diana Ray of North Carolina and Sharon Rain of Fort Pierce; and daughter, Samantha.

Services: A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
