Henrietta Hinkle, 91, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. She was born October 23, 1927 in Pikesville, Kentucky to Ruby and Earl Fairchild. She was married to Raymond Edward Hinkle on July 18, 1946. He preceded her in death.
Henrietta is survived by her daughter, Connie Hall of Port St Lucie; her son, Don Hinkle (Linda) of Fort Pierce; grandsons Russell Rogers (Barbie), Chad Hinkle (Monique), and Trent Hinkle; granddaughters Holly Rogers, Heather Hardwick (Billy); and three great grandchildren, Garrett Rogers, James Hardwick and Andrew Hardwick.
Henrietta was a long-time resident of Port St Lucie. The Hinkle family was the 65th family to reside in Port St. Lucie.
Henrietta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was the sole caregiver for her quadriplegic disabled veteran husband for 47 years. Her family is very proud of her independence and strength. She unselfishly cared for her grandchildren. Her greatest pleasure came from spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Henrietta enjoyed caring for her house and yard. She treasured the early morning walks she took with her friends, Tina and Bonnie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses or Treasure Coast Hospice.
Services: A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Port St. Lucie at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
