Henrietta (Sue) Afentul Hammen Walters
March 28, 1945 – September 14, 2019
Henrietta was born in Canton, Ohio; was a 1963 graduate of Carrollton High School and long-time resident of the Canton area. In 2009, Henrietta retired from Morse Cutting Tools where she was the Lead Sales Representative. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW in Canton, Ohio. In 2011, she moved to Kissimmee, FL. Prior to her illness, Henrietta loved to ride motorcycles, camping, spend time with her family & friends and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Henrietta is survived by:
Son: Michael Hammen of Columbus, OH; Daughters: Cindy Hammen Harlow (Charles) of Youngstown, OH & Kimberly Landers of Maryville, TN; 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren.
Mother: Henrietta Afentul of Vero Beach, FL; Sister: Elizabeth (Betty) Camp (Michael) of Vero Beach, FL; Brothers: George P. Afentul (Jeanette) of Shawnee, OK and Steven J. Afentul (Loretta) of Bossier City, LA; Sister-in-law: Kay Perry (Paul) of Saint George, GA; Brother-in-law: Vernon (Buck) Walters of Kissimmee, FL. and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
Predeceased by: Husband: James D. (J.D.) Walters, Brother: Fred L. Afentul and Father: George S. Afentul.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach, FL on October 4, 2019 at 4 PM. Please make any contributions or donations to the charity of your choice in Henrietta’s name.
