Henry F. Pfeifer, III, 81, died October 28, 2009 in Fort Pierce, Fl.
Mr. Pfeifer was born in Akron Township, Michigan and came to Fort Pierce in 1990 from Chicago IL.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fort Pierce.
He was employed with AT&T for 30 years. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War and received the Korean Service Medal with three bronze stars, United Nations Service Medal, and a Merit Unit Commendation. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
Memorial contributions maybe made to Trinity Lutheran Church Fund.
Survivors include his sister Marjorie Zinner of Chicago, IL; brothers John Pfeifer of Somonauk IL and West Leland of Ft Pierce, FL.
There will be a visitation at Trinity Lutheran Church, on Wednesday Nov. 4, 2009 from 10-11AM with the service starting at 11:00 AM. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
