Henry Fliegel, 85, died December 18, 2009 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Henry was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Ft Pierce 20 years ago coming from Dumont, New Jersey.
He was an owner/operator of a gas station and mechanic shop. He served in the United States Navy during WWII on the LST Ship, involved in the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years Audrey Fliegel of FT Pierce, FL; son Kurt Fliegel of Buffalo Grove, IL; daughter Kim DeChristoforo of Brigantine, NJ; sisters Madeline Schuessler of AZ and Jeanette Smith of Grants Pass, OR; 2 grandchildren, Joshua and Jennifer Fliegel of Buffalo, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Julia Fliegel.
