Henry Edward Lawrence, Sr., 96 died February 10, 2020 in Gainesville, Florida.
Mr. Lawrence was born in Grandfield, Oklahoma and resided in Vero Beach, Florida.
Henry retired from Florida East Coast Railroad. He was a member of Sunrise Tabernacle and enjoyed helping the church. He proudly served during WWII in the Navy. He enjoyed golfing.
Survivors include his daughters, Wanda Palm, Paula (Ron) Brooks, Lisa (Tim) Askew; grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas, Jonathan, Joshua, and Katie; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Penelope, Joshua, Collette, Annaliesa, Hayley, Emma, Owen, and Liam. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lawrence and son, Henry, Jr.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 10-11 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
