Mrs. Garcia was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico and moved to St. Lucie County 28 years ago coming from New York.She was a fur coat finisher.
Survivors include her daughter, Ann Panico of Port St. Lucie, FL; sons, Hiram Garcia of New York, and Thomas Garcia, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers, Miguel and Bolivar Marquez both of Puerto Rico; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie County, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
