Ms. Buettner was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida in 1977 coming from Southfield, Michigan.
Ms. Buettner was a homemaker, and enjoyed playing golf and bridge with her friends.
Hila is survived by her daughters, Kari Heinitz of Gregory, Michigan and Kathy McDevitt of Ann Arbor, Michigan; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Jox and great granddaughter Jayli Grace Doremire.
