Howard “Lannie” O’Steen, Jr., 62, died March 20, 2012 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. O’Steen was born in Miami, Florida and was a lifetime resident of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
He was the owner/operator of Pappy’s Liquors. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, former member of the Fort Pierce F&AM #87, Scottish Rite, Amara Shrine Temple, and Fort Pierce Shrine Club, Clown Unit.
Survivors include his sisters, Roberta Jo (Bob) Orton of Mineral Bluff, GA and Evelyn Huntley of Jacksonville, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sibyl & Howard “Pappy” O’Steen.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
Services: A gathering will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 11:00 AM –1:00 PM with Military Honors to follow at Haisley Funeral Home.
