Howard was born in Conway, New Hampshire, and was a resident of Fort Pierce for the last 29 years.
He worked as a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Debi Rowell of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Justin (Amy) Rowell of Rockledge, FL; grandchildren, Alexa Cochran and Emily Rowell of Rockledge, FL; sisters, Kim Cates of Georgia, and Andrea (Stewart) Shannon of New Hampshire. He is preceded in death by his mother, Natalie Hickey and father, Peter Rowell.
Howard was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
A private service will be held by the family.
