Mr. Sanders was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida coming from Millbrook, New York.
He was a Supervisor for the state at the University of Florida Agriculture Center and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include daughters, Linda Hughes of Campbell Hall, New York, Brenda Hamilton of Fort Pierce, Florida, and Katherine Russell of Albany, New York; son, Howard “Bud” Sanders of Milton, Georgia; sister, Jane Snyder of Elizaville, New York; 10 grandchildren & 9 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Sanders, mother, Clara Sanders, & father, Howard Sanders.
