Howard M. Sharp, 88, died September 3, 2014 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Sharp was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey and moved to Fort Pierce in 1949.
He was a retired editor for the News Tribune. He was a Charter Member & held numerous church offices at White City United Methodist Church. He was a gentle man with a quick wit and dry sense of humor.
Survivors include his daughters, Susan (Richard) Givens of Jacksonville, FL, Judy A. Haney of Port St. Lucie, FL and Carol Ann Sharp of Fort Pierce, FL; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Elaine Sharp.
Memorial contributions may be made to the White City United Methodist Church, 810 West Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
