Icelena A. "Icy" Foster (nee Fitch), age 85, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Carroll G. "Glenn" Foster, devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Mrs. Foster was born on December 10,1939 to George W. and Alverta Fitch in Baltimore, Maryland.

Icy is survived by her son Joseph E. (Dawn) Dunstan, Jr.; grandson, Jason (Shannon) Dunstan; granddaughters, Elise (Ray) Collier and Brooke (Mike) Vick; great grandchildren, Nicholas Dunstan-Maiese, Colt Dunstan, Cali Dunstan, Mikey Vick, Maya Vick; brothers, George W. (Janet) Fitch, Jr., David W. (Stephanie) Fitch, Sr.; sister, Darlene M. Lins and numerous nephews and a niece.

She was predeceased by her husband Glenn Foster and her dear sister Joyce R. Willams.

Icy graduated in 1957 from Parkville High School, Parkville, Maryland. Icy worked for Saint Lucie County Fair Association for several years. Her last job was with ASM as a Demo Event Specialist at Vero Beach Walmart. She retired in 2019.

Icy was a faithful soul and a longtime member of the New Apostolic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. She taught Sunday School for many years, also helping and listening to the youth.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 23, 2025, at 1:00 pm at New Apostolic Church 4025 SW Savona Boulevard Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953.
