Ignatius “Iggy” Tripodi, 83, passed away on January 21, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Tripodi was born in Garfield, New Jersey on March 11, 1939.
Iggy owned and operated Iggy’s Olde Tyme Deli in Garfield, NJ. He graduated from Garfield, New Jersey schools and high school. He was a member of the Mount Virgin Church in Garfield, New Jersey and enjoyed gardening and was very active in the Garfield town activities.
Survivors include his son, Joseph Tripodi of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Cathy (Brian) Schuckalo of Pompton Plains, NJ; grandchildren, Serena, Christian, and Donovan Tripodi and Luke, Ethan, and John Schuckalo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Caterina, and Santo Tripodi.
