Ingrid graduated from the University of Connecticut with her bachelor’s degree. She volunteered at Learn to Read of Fort Pierce and was a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Riding Therapy. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading and dogs. Ingrid was a kind, wise, and funny companion.
Survivors include her husband, Narain Scott of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Siri Scott of Springfield, MA; and brother, Peter Aarrestad of East Hampton, CT. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn Aarrestad.
