Isabell “Izzy” Rise, age 82, died on January 19, in Port St. Lucie, FL.
She was born in Mancelona, Michigan and moved here 15 years ago coming from Port Clinton, OH.
She worked for Standard Products for 17 years in Port Clinton, OH, was a member of the Aid Association for Lutherans. She loved to read and bowl.
She is survived by her son; Dale (Ann) Rise of Fort Pierce, daughter, Sherry Rise of Fort Pierce, sisters, Pauline Rise of Belleville, MI and Pam Syrett of Gaylord, MI, five grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Gary L. Rise and husband, John Rise, Jr.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, PO Box 167, Memphis, TN 38101.
Friends may call on Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 5-8PM at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel with a Prayer Service at 6:30PM.
