Jackie Allan Ricks, age 62, died on January 28, 2013 in Fort Pierce, FL. He worked in the construction industry as a painter, carpenter and plumber. He was born in Edison, GA and moved to Fort Pierce as a child.
He loved music, playing the guitar and painting. He enjoyed helping others, and always put other people ahead of himself.
He is survived by his father, Caesar Ricks of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Jackie James Ricks of Orlando, FL; brothers, Caesar Ricks, Jr. of Fort Pierce, FL, Charles (Sarita) Ricks of Fort Pierce, FL; sisters, Deborah Evans of Fort Pierce, FL, Olivia Joyce Ricks of Fort Pierce, FL, Lisa Ricks (Johnny) Jones of Pass Christian, MS, Jill Ricks of Fort Pierce, FL, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Ricks and brother, Michael Ricks.
