Jacklyn Adams Veal, 78, died December 12, 2011 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Veal was born in Long Island, New York and came to Ft. Pierce as a child at the age of 3.
She was a member of the Pelican Yacht Club.
Survivors include her sister, Patricia R. Williams of Ft. Pierce, FL; nieces, Jacklyn Plythe (Michael) Gibbons of Ft. Pierce, FL, Anita (Denny) Green of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Patty Di Donato; nephews, Dr. Perry Scott (Dr. Laura) Williams of Canton, OH and John Beutler; great niece, Taylor Page Gibbons and great nephew, Brandon Michael Gibbons.
Memorial contributions may be made to Indian River Presbyterian Church, 2499 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. A reception will follow at Haisley Reception Center.
