Jacquelyn J. Nunes

Jacquelyn J. Nunes Jacquelyn J. Nunes, known as Jackie and Nanny, 82,of Jensen Beach, FL passed away due to Alzheimer’s on October 4, 2024. 

Jackie was born on December 30, 1941 to parents Joseph and Helen Batacao in New Bedford, Ma.

Jacquelyn’s love of her life Charlie, passed away several months ago after 64 years of marriage. 

Jackie and Charlie raised their three sons in Dartmouth, Ma. Jackie was a dedicated mother to her sons and a loving and supportive wife. After raising their family they retired to the beach in Florida, with some of their friends. Jackie was an avid golfer and ran a golf group of lovely women called the Sassy Swingers! Jackie loved to travel with her family and friends. Wherever she went you knew it was going to be an adventure!

Everyone who knew Jackie knew she was up for a good time, she was always dancing and always dressed to impress! She was the life of any party! 

She was pre-deceased, by her parents, her brother Ronald Batacao, her husband Charlie and their youngest son, Chad Nunes. 

She leaves behind, their two sons Eric and Curtis and wife Luisa. Three granddaughters Erica, Ellesse, and Taylor. One step grandson Wayne and family. Three great grandchildren Herbert (little Charlie), Lena, Bode, and another on the way. 

Memorial services to pay tribute to her life will be held at a later time.

In lieu of flowers she would want you to vote for Trump 2024. For those who would like to commemorate in another way donations to the Alzheimer's Association to fight for a cure.
