Mr. Martin was born in Washington, D.C. and resided in Ft. Pierce before moving to Arlington, Virginia 14 years ago.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Cathy Stelluto; daughters, Debbie Reed and Wendy Masters both of Ft. Pierce, FL; brother, Bo Martin; sisters, Bootsie Clarkson and Catherine Shrier; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, James B. Martin, III.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1040 Woodcock Road, Orlando, FL 32803.
Services: A Mass was held on January 10, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alexandria, VA.
