James “David” Clasby Sr., 57, passed away on July 1, 2015, with his loving family by his side in Fort Pierce, FL.
David was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce and worked as the owner & operator of Clasby’s Towing. He was a faithful member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church and loved his family dearly. He enjoyed our river, fishing, boating, family get-togethers, watching old westerns on tv, and working hard to support his family.
He was survived by his wife of 35 years, Tama Willems Clasby; his children Jilian Clasby of Fort Pierce, Courtney (Ryan) Collins of PSL, James Clasby of Fort Pierce, and Megan Clasby of Fort Pierce; his grandchildren Emmie & Grant Collins; his siblings Rodney (Susan) Clasby of Fort Pierce, Thomas (Marilyn) Clasby of Daytona Beach, and Jeannie (Fred) Hargrove of Boynton Beach; Mother and Father in-laws, Don and Joan Willems of Fort Pierce. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene & Ruth Clasby of Fort Pierce; and brother in-law, David Willems of Fort Pierce.
