James E. Stefan, 72, died August 10, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Stefan was born in Doylestown, Ohio and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2001 coming from Ocklawaha, Florida.
He was employed with Pratt-Whitney for 20 years and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He enjoyed traveling, collecting gem stones, fishing, boating and was an avid Florida Gators Fan.
Survivors include his son, James J. Stefan of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Janice Cannon of Carthage, TN; sisters, Joan Mansour of Georgia and Jeanie Scott of Indiantown, FL; brother, Joseph Stefan of South Carolina; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home.
