James Earl Stanley, 70, died on April 18, 2011 in Port St. Lucie, FL. He was born in Augusta, AK and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2000 coming from Sterling Heights, MI.
He was an electrician for Ford Motor Company. He served in the US Navy from 1959-1963, was a member of Faith Baptist Church, and was a past Grand Master of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ruthann Stanley of Port St. Lucie; daughter, Kimberly Trikes of Port St. Lucie; sons, Kenneth Stanley of Warren, MI and Chris Trikes of Port St. Lucie; sister, Faye Shellnut of Coldwater, MI; brother, Gerald Stanley of Hot Springs, SD. He was preceded in death by his parents; Mary & Hurshel Stanley.

Friends may call on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Haisley Funeral Home from 5-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 3PM at the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Greg Boher officiating. Burial will be at South Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
