James Lester Selph

James Lester “Jim” Selph, 59, died on June 19, 2007 in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born and raised in Fort Pierce. He worked at Auto Labe in Fort Pierce for 8 years, and 21 years at Grumman Aircraft Industry in Stuart, FL. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion Post #40 and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.He is survived by his wife, Carol Selph of Fort Pierce; his son, Joshua Levi Selph of Madison, Wisconsin; step-daughter, Michele Hughes of Fort Pierce; step-son, Robert Bass Jr. of Lake Placid, FL; brothers, George Selph of Melbourne, FL, Thomas Selph of Vero, FL; sisters, Barbara Blanton of Palm Bay, FL, Minnie Lee Ackerson of Ocala, FL, Joan Smith of Satsuma, FL and his nieces and nephews.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Friday, June 22, 2007 at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 2PM. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
