JAMES M. MCCAULEY
James M. MCCauley, 89, died on March 11, 2011 at the Port St. Lucie Nursing and Restorative Care Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
He was a native of Round Hill, Virginia and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1971, coming from Round Hill, Virginia.
He was a member of the Round Hill Town Council and a lifetime Master Mason member of Hamilton-Thompson Masonic Lodge, Number 37, was the owner/operator of Round Hill Gulf Service, a member of the Round Hill Baptist Church, served in the US Navy during WWII and was employed by Indian River Community College and St. Lucie County, as well as being self-employed.
Survivors include his daughters, Marjorie (Polly) Flinn of Moorefield, WV, Joyce Virts and Charlotte Frye both of Little River, SC; close companion, Mary Sylvester of Fort Pierce, FL; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances MCCauley and his wife, Margaret MCCauley, two sisters, one brother and an infant son.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 15th from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, with a Masonic Rites Service at 2:00 PM at the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Unison, Virginia.
