James Earle Noel Sr., 66, passed away on April 8, 2016 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
James was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida over 40 years ago. He was a life member of BPOE Elks #1520 and an avid NASCAR fan whom also loved fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Margaret (Peggy) Noel of Fort Pierce, FL; son, James (Charlane) Noel Jr. of Weyers Cave, Virginia; daughter, Theresa Noel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; son, Philip Bullington of Fort Drum, FL; grandchildren, Alex, Krystalisa, Andrew, Chelsea, Carleigh, Nathan, Nicolette, Paige, Anna, Caitlan; Brother, David Noel of Lawrenceville, Georgia; sisters, Dolly Dugan of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Barbara Testa of Lawrenceville, Georgia; Debbie Noel of Whitehaven, Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Sam Noel, Bill Noel, John Noel, and Mark Noel.

Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with a service to follow at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
