Mrs. Poitras was a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Guettler of Ft. Pierce, FL and Chris Cozen of Pasadena, CA; son, Ronald Poitras of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Louis Forget of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister, Theresa Durocher Deux-Montagnes of Quebec, Canada; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger E. Poitras, sister, Pierette Lagace, and brother, John Forget.

Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 2-4 PM with a Wake Service at 3:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
