Jean E. Milligan, 81, died March 20, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Milligan was born in Whitman, West Virginia and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2010 coming from Princeton, West Virginia.
He was a Deacon at Immanuel Baptist Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Euna Milligan of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Joyce Hibser of Port St. Lucie, FL; and 2 grandchildren.
Services: Burial will take place at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley, West Virginia.
