Jean Estelle Thompson, 84, died October 27, 2007 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mrs. Thompson was born in Berwyn, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1947 coming from Pennsylvania.She was a sales clerk.Survivors include her daughter, Amy Garland of Bakersville, NC; nieces, Virginia L. Rosbury of Ft. Pierce, FL, Barbara L. Hamm of Ferguson, NC, Beverly B. Estes of Hickory, NC, Nancy L. Schieber of Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Thompson.Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 616 Orange Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950.Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007 from 10-11 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
